AS OF 04/18/2017, ALL SNOUSE ELECTRIC COMPANY EQUIPMENT CARRIES A LIMITED LIFETIME EXTENDED PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY.
Non-transferable. Defects in parts and workmanship will be repaired free of charge. Cosmetic damage or defects due to normal wear-and-tear, misuse, abuse, using the wrong power adapter, dipping in au jus and taking a bite, etc., may incur a cost for repair. Customers are responsible for applicable shipping costs.

RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for returns must be approved. The customer has 48 hours from receipt to demo the pedal and to notify us that they would like a return. The pedal must be in perfect condition (no scratches, velcro, no tinkering inside). It must be returned in the original box with original packaging. Any returns will be inspected, and will be returned to the customer if not found to be in acceptable condition. Once the pedal clears inspection, the customer will be given a full refund. If we are not notified within the 48 hour demo period, the pedal may still be returned up to two weeks after receipt; however, pedals returned after the demo period will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Changes to orders, including cancellations, must be made within 48 hours of order placement. Custom builds are non-returnable.
